FAQ

VRMYPC streamer is a server for VRMYPC app. Which is used to see the desktop screen into phone/Oculus/HTC Vive in 3D view.

Follow these steps

1) If you installed VRMYPC streamer it will start automatically.

2) If you exit previuosly from tray then press double click on desktop icon.

VRMYPC streamer is running on by default 9999 port number.If your streamer is disbale then first enable it after that to know the port number please follow one of these steps

Move the cursor on tray icon, it will show you the VRMYPC streamer full address(IP_Address:Port_Number).

or

Open the settings dialog box,there was port number is shown on which VRMYPC streamer is running.

To open settings of VRMPC streamer then follow one of these setps.

1) If VRMYPC is already installed then double left click of mouse on desktop icon.

2) Open menu of VRMYPC streamer from tray icon by right click of mouse above the tray icon, then choose "Settings" from menu item.

To disable VRMYPC streamer go to tray-icon->click right button of mouse->then choose "Disable VRMYC".

To enable VRMYPC streamer please follow one of these steps.

1) If you installed VRMYPC streamer first time then after pressing confirm button streamer will enable automatically.

2) If VRMYPC streamer is already installed then go to tray icon->click right button of mouse->then choose"Enable VRMYPC"

3) If you exit VRMYPC streamer from tray then just press left dobble click of mouse on VRMYPC streamer desktop icon

To know the IP address of VRMYPC streamer please follow one of these steps.

1) Move the cursor on the tray icon of VRMYPC streamer. A tool tip will show you the IP address and port number of streamer.

2) Open the settings dialog box to view the IP Address.

If you have multiple IP's then open the VRMYPC streamer settings and try to connect client from streamer by using IP one by one.

The port number on which you are trying to run VRMYPC streamer is already acquired by another service/application. So please try to run VRMYPC streamer by using another port.

You can change the port number by opening the settings dialog box of VRMYPC streamer. For opening the settings please follow question 5

FPS denotes for Frame Per Second(Genrally known as Frame Rate).

No, right now it is only available for Windows.

VRMYPC app enable us to connect and control our computer over the LAN in 3D.We can connect with PC thorugh VRMYPC streamer.

In that case please follow the below steps:

i) Please make sure your phone and PC connected to the same Wi-Fi/LAN network.

ii) After that cross check whether VRMYPC streamer is running on your pc or not.

iii) If VRMYPC streamer is already running then check VRMYPC streamer is enabled.

iv) If VRMYPC streamer is running in enabled state then check your PC Ip Address and port number.Whether you have correctly entered your pc ip address/port number or not.Make sure it is correct.

Even after following all of the above step still you are facing some problem connecting to PC.Please refer to Question 5.

Yes VRMYPC app is free but only for 5 min per session. After 5 minutes you have to purchase full version for using uninterrupted service.

No, VRMYPC app is not provide any advertisement neither in free version nor in full version.

Yes. For better experience of 3d desktop. You must have a Wi-Fi connection(for creating Local Area Network).

You can purchase full version of VRMYPC app from the app internally. Just download and install the app from Google play store or scan the below qr code, open it and click on "Purchase full version" button.
